Parish Reservation Form Due
$100 Non-Refundable Deposit Due

To get the reduced $35 per person registration rate, we must receive you $100 non-refundable deposit, along with a parish reservation form, by April 8, 2011. Your $100 deposit will be applied toward your first three participants. Please make checks payable to Eagles Wings Retreat Center and mail to 2805 RR 2341 Burnet, Texas 78611.

Electronic Registration Due

Once you have sent in your reservation form, please submit the electronic registration form by April 19th to ensure you get your t-shirts. Email your registration forms to austingodstock@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation that your email was received within 8 hours.

Adult Consent Forms Due
Youth Parental Consent Forms Due
Chaperone Affidavit Due
Payment Due (payable to Eagles Wings Retreat Center)

Bring your Parish Registration form, your payment, adult and youth consent forms and the chaperone affidavit forms to turn in when you check in to Godstock. If possible, please put all consent forms alphabetically in a 1 inch binder. This makes it much easier for the medical staff to access necessary information. You will not get these forms back so please make sure you keep a copy for yourself.
